Privacy Policy

This describes exactly what Pixroy stores and what it sends elsewhere. It is written from the code rather than from a template, so it is short.
What is stored about you
- Your email address. It identifies your account and is how we would contact you.
- Your password, hashed. Passwords are put through scrypt with a random per-account salt. The original is never written down and cannot be recovered from what is stored — if you forget it, it is gone, not looked up.
- Your plan and how many meetings you have started. This is what enforces the free allowance.
- One row per meeting — which room, the topic you gave it, and when it started. This is what lets us answer “why do I have two meetings left”.
- A session token while you are signed in, and the date it expires.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email and profile picture URL as Google supplies them, plus the tokens that identify the connection. We never see your Google password.
The conversation itself — the lines the panel speaks — is not stored. It lives in your browser for as long as the meeting is open and is gone when you close it.
What is sent to other companies
To generate a reply, the topic you typed, the transcript of the current meeting, and the description of the character speaking are sent to the model provider that plays that seat — currently OpenAI, and Anthropic, Google or xAI if those seats are enabled. Your email address and account details are not sent with it.
Do not type anything into the room that you would not be comfortable sending to a third-party AI provider. Their handling of that text is governed by their own terms, not ours.
Cookies
One cookie, holding your session token, set when you sign in and cleared when you sign out. It is strictly necessary for the service to work. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers on this site.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Your data is not sold, rented or shared for advertising. It is held on a server we control, and reached only by the people who run the service and by the model providers, in the narrow way described above.
How long it is kept
Account records are kept while your account exists. Sessions expire after thirty days. When an account is deleted, its sessions and its meeting rows are deleted with it.
What you can ask for
- A copy of what is stored about you.
- Correction of anything that is wrong.
- Deletion of your account and everything attached to it.
Write to legal@pixroy.com and say which. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
The service is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If what is stored or where it is sent changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
