Terms of Service
Last updated 1 September 2026
Pixroy is a website at pixroy.com where a panel of AI characters discusses a topic you give them. These terms apply when you use it. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What the service is
You give the panel a topic. Each seat is played by a large language model from a third-party provider, prompted to answer in the character of a particular business role. The replies are generated text.
The output is not advice. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, employment or professional advice of any kind, and no relationship of adviser and client is created by using it. The characters have no access to your company, your data or any fact you have not typed into the room, and they are instructed to say so rather than guess — but language models can still be confidently wrong. Check anything that matters before acting on it. You are responsible for what you do with the output.
Your account
- You must give a working email address, and you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
- One person, one account. Do not share an account or let anyone else use yours.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. The service is not intended for children.
- Tell us at legal@pixroy.com if you think someone else is using your account.
Plans and limits
The Free plan includes a fixed number of meetings in total, one model, and the free room. VIP removes the meeting limit and opens every model and every room. The current limits are shown in the app and are what applies. We may change what a plan includes; if a change reduces what you already paid for, we will tell you before it takes effect.
There are no paid plans on sale yet. If that changes, prices, billing and refunds will be set out before you are asked to pay for anything.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pixroy to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- generate material that harasses, defames or threatens a real person;
- generate sexual content involving children, or content promoting violence against people;
- impersonate a real person or organisation, or pass generated output off as something a named real person said;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or work around its limits;
- resell access, or use the service to build a competing product.
Your use is also subject to the acceptable-use rules of the model providers whose models answer your prompts.
Your content
The topics and messages you type stay yours. You give us permission to process them for the purpose of running the service — which necessarily includes sending them to the model provider that generates the reply. We do not claim ownership of what you write or of the replies you receive, and we do not sell either.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on third-party model providers, and when they are unavailable, rate-limited or slow, so is the part of Pixroy that needs them. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.
Ending it
You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to legal@pixroy.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that is being used in a way that puts the service or other people at risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Pixroy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or opportunities, or for any decision taken on the basis of generated output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change is significant we will make it visible in the app rather than only here.
